Native American Sioux fully beaded hide vest. White beaded ground with red, blue, green and yellow beaded geometric designs to the front and back, retains some of the original fringe. Housed in a homemade shadow box frame. Vest – 21 1/2" H x 20" W. Framed – 27" H x 25" W. Late 19th century. CONDITION: Some minor bead loss at seams and to left front side, overall light grime.
