Edgar Tafur (Latin America/Ohio, b. 1929) copper sound sculpture, long geometric-topped spears on a square base. Signed on base with die stamp "E. Tafur". 60"H x 14" square. Note: Architect and sculptor Edgar Tafur is best known for his public installations of monumental size in both steel and bronze. Provenance: Lynnville, Tenn. estate. Condition: One spear detached but retained.
