A large Shearwater Art Pottery cast figural pelican bookend having green/blue glaze, after a design by Walter Anderson. 10 3/8" H x 4 3/4" D x 4 1/4" W. Mid 20th century. Provenance: Private Mississippi Collection. Condition: Top of pelican in excellent condition with some firing flaws. Base with two shallow chips to underside base opening.
