Lot of 2 Mantel Clocks: 1ST ITEM: Ansonia Clock Company ebonized mantel clock. Inside mark on works reads "Ansonia Clock Co New York USA". Metal figural cranes on sides with central mask and other decorative metal elements along base.Condition – Not tested for functionality, three replacement stamped metal covers included. Oxidation to metal and some spotting to ebony areas. 11" H x 16" W x 6 1/2" D. 2ND ITEM: Seth Thomas Eastlake oak mantel clock,beige and brass face marked with small "ST" , denoting Seth Thomas, with a black stamped rear metal cover marked "ST ". Carved top, clock face flanked by Corinthian columns and carved base. Condition – Not tested for functionality and overall goodcondition. 14 1/2" H x 13 3/4" W x 5 1/4" D. Both items – Late 19th century. Provenance: East Tennessee collection.
