The handwritten letter is mounted to a green mat and framed under glass along with a copy of a printed portrait of Hahnemann and descriptive text stating the autograph was formerly in the collection of Dr. Samuel L. Perzik of Los Angeles, CA. Sheet 5 in. x 4 in. Frame: 12 in. H x 15 in. W.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Annette Eskind, Nashville, TN.
CONDITION: Not examined out of frame but the letter is believed to be adhered to the mat at the top edge and exhibits light creasing. Some spots of wear to frame.
