Group of David and Lanier Meaders folk art pottery, all signed. 1st group: Two Lanier Meaders green alkaline glazed candlesticks (chambersticks), both signed and dated on base. One dated “6-12-93”, other dated “6-29-13”. Both with stick leaning to one side. 4″ H x 5″ dia. to 5-1/2″ dia. 2nd group: Group of pottery by David Meaders including two brown drip glazed finial lidded canisters with applied grapes and leaf decoration, both signed and dated ’93, 10-1/2″ H -11-1/2′ H; Blue drip glazed pitcher, inscribed on base, 6″ H; Blue drip glazed saucer with flower decoration, signed on base, 6-1/4″ diameter. 6 pieces total. Georgia, 20th century. Provenance: Property of a Gatlinburg, TN collector. Condition: All in very good condition. Some with minor firing flaws.
