Erte (Romain De Tirtoff, Russian/French, 1892-1990), "Sirens," limited edition gilded and cold painted cast bronze sculpture. Inscribed "Erte" back of center of base, numbered 47/375 with foundry mark Chalk & Vermilion, and dated 1988, back of left side of base. 11 1/2" H x 15 1/2" W x 5 7/8" D. 16.4 lbs Provenance: Private Nashville Collection. CONDITION: Overall good condition with light surface grime. 1/8" area of paint loss to one of the left figure's fins.
