French silver footed trumpet vase, possibly by Emile Delaire (1882-1920). Flared ruffled rim with floral chased decoration, spiral lobed and tapering body with floral repousse decoration, raised on three scrolled feather edged feet topped by masks. Makers mark to base, additional hallmarks inner rim. 12 1/2" H x 7 1/2" W. Late 19th century. 28.995 total troy ounces. Provenance: Private Sevier County, TN collection. CONDITION: Hallmarks worn. Overall general wear and light surface scratching.
