J. C. Brown steeple clock, Bristol, CT with reverse painting on glass of "President's House", metal works with gong strike. Marked "J.C.Brown, Bristol, Conn." on both clock face and interior back board of clock. Condition: wear to clock face. Not tested for functionality. 16" H x 8 1/2" W X 3 1/4" D. American, 19th century.
