1st item: Native American San Ildefonso blackware pottery dish by Crucita Gonzales Calabaza (1921-1999) with stylized bear claw design. Inscription on the base “Blue Corn / San Ildefonso Pueblo”. 1 1/4″ H x 2 3/4″ W x 4 1/8″ D. 20th century. 2nd item: Santa Clara Pueblo carved blackware vase by Autumn Borts-Medlock (b. 1967), signed and dated on the base “3-88, Autumn Borts Santa Clara Pueblo”. 6 5/8″.
PROVENANCE: Private Florida collection. Consignor’s parents acquired the Blue Corn dish from Qualla Arts & Crafts, Cherokee, NC.
CONDITION: 1st item: Very good condition. 2nd item: Very minor scattered scuffing to the body, otherwise overall very good condition.
