Group of four NC & TN baskets including two Cherokee. 1st item – Lidded Cherokee honeysuckle basket with blood root and walnut dyed designs. Overall good condition with some damage to top of lid. 9" H. 20th century. 2nd item – Cherokee oak basket, melon form with footed base and faded green dye design. One small break to rim. 10" H 9 5/8" W x 9" D. 20th century. 3rd item – East Tennessee splint oak woven basket round form with carved fixed handle. Overall all good condition with two small breaks to side. 20th century. 4th item – East Tennessee splint oak woven basket, oriole nest form with carved handle. Several breaks along rim and handles. 12 1/2" H x 9 1/2" W at base. 20th century.
