Italian gilt and gesso carved double frame console or Neoclassical pier mirror. Rectangular form with two carved gilt borders joined by gilt carved palmettes or flowers. 72 1/2" H x 44" W. Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Margaret Harold Roberts, Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
CONDITION: Mirror in overall good condition with minor losses to silvering noted along the upper section. Some scattered losses to the frame, some loose pieces are present.
