Hopkins & Allen XL No. 4 NY rimfire pocket pistol, .38 cal, 5 shot, octagonal barrel, ivory grips. Flat above cylinder marked, “XL No4 NY”. Cylinder marked with serial number 601. Barrel 2 1/2″L. Third quarter of 19th century. 2nd item – D. H. Torrington Connecticut gun powder measure, wooden handle. 5 1/2″ L. Condition: Wear to nickel surface, grips loose with a small loss to one lower ivory grip edge, barrel appears unmarked, extractor rod may be replacement. 2nd item – oxidation to metal measure.
