Group of Tabletop Accessories, 5 items total. 1st – 3rd items: Pair of white opaline glass perfume bottles and container, all with gilt metal overlay and bases, each of the perfume bottles with round painted vignettes of miniature European Grand Tour scenes and the container fitted with opening for one scene to the top (missing). Bottles measure – 7 1/2" H x 3 1/2" W. Container measures – 5" H x 3 1/2" W. Third quarter 19th century. 4th item: Black lacquerware lap desk with floral mother of pearl inlay and gilt decoration to the scalloped top. Red velvet interior lining lifts up to reveal inner compartment, with three smaller compartments. Includes key. 3" H x 11 1/4" W x 8 3/4" D. 19th century. 5th item: German figural silverplate compote comprised of an Art Nouveau female figure holding basket beneath triangular arch, supporting an etched glass compote with leaf and flower decoration and shaped rim. WMF EP marks to base for Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik (Germany) 12" H x 10 1/2" W. Early 20th century. Provenance: The estate of Jean A. Yeatman and Harry C. Yeatman, formerly of Hamilton Place Plantation (near Columbia, Tennessee). CONDITION: 1st & 2nd items: European scene missing from one, bottle separated from base on other, both bases slightly misshapen. 3rd item: European scene missing from lid, 1/2" of metal overlay missing on lid. 4th item: Craquelure on surface and interior, velvet lining damaged. 5th item: Chip on rim of glass compote, general wear/losses to metal base.
