Three (3) 20th century concert posters. 1st item: Woodstock Concert Poster, lacking the word "Woodstock." Originally billed as the Aquarian Exposition: 3 Days of Peace & Music, the Woodstock Rock Festival was held August 15-18 on Max Yasgur's dairy farm in Bethel, NY (40 miles southwest of the town of Woodstock) and attracted more than 400,000 people. The date of this poster is unknown. Sight: 21 1/2" H x 13 3/4" W. Under plexiglass in black molded frame: 24" H x 16 1/2" W. 2nd item: Bill Graham presents The Rolling Stones, Oakland Stadium, Nov. 4-5, 1989, printed on heavy cardstock. First Printing, Proof. BGP034. (Note: Although this poster is numbered BGP034 in the Bill Graham Presents poster series, it was incorrectly printed with the notation, BGP33, in the printing credits). Designed by Dennis Larkins and Ron Larson. Sight: 28 1/2" H x 19 1/2" W. Matted and under plexiglass in faux-metallic resin frame: 37 3/4" H x 29" W. 3rd item: Bill Graham presents The Rolling Stones, Oakland Coliseum, November 9, 1969. BG201. Designed by Ron Rafaelli and Randy Tuten. Lithograph, 2nd printing. Sight: 22" H x 14" W. Under plexiglass in black frame: 24 1/2" H x 16 1/4" W. Provenance: Private Middle Tennessee Collection, acquired from Wolfgang's in 2007 (2nd item) and 2014 (3rd item). Copies of receipts for 2nd and 3rd items available to winning bidder.
