Two (2) Native American Casas Grandes pottery ollas, with red and black geometric polychrome decoration. Both originating from the Chihuahua region of Mexico between 1200 and 1450 CE. 9 in. H x 8 1/2 in. W and 7 in. H x 8 1/2 in. W. Note: Both jars ex-collection of Alan and Alice Fleischer.
CONDITION: Large olla with stabilized hairlines emanating from rim, approx. 5 in. L and 1 in. L. Smaller olla in overall good condition. Both have minor expected wear to the polychrome decoration.
