Two Caucasian carpets. 1st item: Caucasian runner, 13' 2 1/2" L x 3 1/4" W (159" L x 37" W), Central panel with 5 medallions, gold field, secondary colors of ivory, red, orange, blue and black. late 19th-early 20th century. 2nd item: Caucasian area rug, 5'5" L x 3'4 1/2" W (66" L x 41 1/2" W), central medallion with diagonal boteh pattern in field, beige field with secondary colors of rose, blue and ivory. 1st quarter 20th century. CONDITION: 1st item: Several areas of wear to foundation. Three areas of repair. Color bleeding and loss of ends. 2nd item: Abrash and fading, fraying to edges and loss to fringe.
