Lot of 3 Mexican folk art Diablo masks. 1st item – Polychorme paint red devil mask with gold horns and markings, and black beard, showing teeth (16" H X 8 1/2" W X 7" D). 2nd item – Lizards and male face mask with polychrome paint. (18 1/2" H x 7" W x 4 1/2" D). 3rd item – Pink viego mask with mustache (18" H X 7" W X 4 1/2" D). Condition – Some losses to paint with overall general wear. Possibly Oaxaca region. 20th century. Deaccessioned by Knoxville Museum of Art to benefit the acquisitions fund.
