Continental floral encrusted porcelain centerpiece, oval form with pink border and gilt trim, openwork basket over a pedestal with openwork foliate scroll decoration and a flower encrusted naturalistic base. Unmarked. 16 1/2" H x 17 1/2" W x 9 1/4" D. Dresden or Paris, second half of the 19th century. CONDITION: Overall good condition. 1/2" firing flaw or repaired hairline to upper rim. A few scattered small chips to flowers and leaves on base, up to 1/2" losses. Some grime to base and rim.
