Persian Malayer rug, wool on cotton. Center field with four concentric medallions and foliate decoration on a red ground within three borders. Woven in colors of red, blue, salmon and green. 61" H x 44" W. 1st quarter 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Illinois Collection.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition with a consistent pile, glue to corners on underside, very little fading, and minor wear.
