1st item: Peter Hurd (1904-1984, New Mexico, Pennsylvania) Western landscape colored lithograph titled "A Ranch at Dawn". Depicting a winding road foreground that leads to a solitary structure with trees on each side and mountains in the background. Pencil signed lower right and numbered 23/250. Philadelphia Print Shop label en verso. Housed in a textured wood frame with cream mat. Sight: 10 3/4" H x 11" W. Framed: 18 1/8" H x 17 1/2" W. 2nd item: Southwestern school, 20th century, possibly Peter Hurd (1904-1984), gouache or tempera and watercolor on paper, depicting a desert sunset with mesas in the distance. Unsigned. Double matted and housed under glass in a narrow giltwood frame. Image: 3 1/2" H x 7" W. Sheet: 10" H x 11 1/2" W. Frame: 11 1/2" H x 14" W.
