Two (2) Red Grooms (American/Tennessee, b. 1937) items. 1st item: Pencil and marker drawing on two sheets of paper depicting the portrait of Walter Knestrick. Signed and dated "'99" upper right. 11 3/4" H x 9 3/4" W sight, 22 1/4" H x 20 1/4" W matted and framed. Note: Walter Knestrick has been a friend of Red Grooms since their days at Hillsboro High School in Nashville. He is one of the artist's most devoted patrons, and is the author of the book "Red Grooms: The Graphic Works", published by Harry N. Abrams, 2001. 2nd item: 3-D porcelain limited edition plate titled "Moonstruck", numbered en verso 1276 from the edition of 2500, copyright 1994. 10" dia. Provenance: the estate of Celia (Cece) Webb, Nashville, Tennessee. CONDITION: Both items in excellent condition.
