1st Item: Imperial Russian Tula Arsenal Model 1809 Flintlock Pistol dated “1813” on lock; 10 1/2 inch .70 cal smoothbore barrel. Brass mounts, including thumb plate with Alexander the First’s cypher. Various inspector’s/proofing marks. These were issued to various Russian officers and troops during the Napoleonic Wars. Overall 17 in. L. 2nd Item: Embossed brass powder “Peace” flask, with eagle, US markings and a pair of clasped hands to both sides. Flared powder charger with measurement slide; likely antique reproduction. Overall 8 3/4 in. L. 3rd Item: Leather and brass powder flask with embossed scene with a dog to both sides; one side with additional marking “lbs. 3”. Brass powder charger with spring loaded, adjustable measuring device, with 1 and 1 1/4 oz. markings. Overall 8 in. L. 19th century.
CONDITION: Pistol in stiff working order; slight loss to stock left of tang; stock sanded. Peace flask with tarnishing. Leather flask with slight loss around spout, otherwise supple leather.
