Eight (8) American powder horns of varying sizes, seven (7) having wooden plugs secured by brads, three (3) with wooden plugs, and one (1) with a leather strap. Ranging in size from 4 1/2" to 8 3/4" L. Possibly Southern, Early/mid 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Thomas Wellington Patton, Knoxville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Powder horns with expected areas of wear, insect damage, largest 1/8" x 3/4",
