Newcomb College Pottery figurine with original paper label. Modeled as a standing horse with white glazed body and underglaze cobalt mane, tail and feet. 6-1/2"H. Provenance: Inherited by consignor from Rosa Rainold Graner, 1904 – 1962, who graduated from Newcomb School of Art in 1926, specialist in ceramic sculpture, awarded the title of Master Craftsman (work was done under her married name, Rai Graner Murray). Condition: Excellent condition.
