Ghiglieri (American, 1931-2020), “New Powerful Exchange” polychromed and patinated bronze sculpture depicting a standoff between a bull and a bear in a symbolic representation of the stock market. Both animals are polychromed in brown and are featured standing on a twisted treefall, and a rocky, green outcropping. Inscribed with date “2006” and signature to base, “Lorenzo Ghiglieri”, numbered “REV 43 / 1792”. Fixed to a natural wooden base. Overall (w/ base): 14 in. H x 34 in. W x 9 1/2 in. D. Original shipping crate available.
