Leonardo Nierman (Mexican, b. 1932) oil on masonite abstract painting, titled en verso Genesis. Signed "Nierman" lower right. Painting is in a simple giltwood frame raised atop a linen liner and giltwood outer frame. Board – 11 3/4" H x 15 3/4" W. Overall – 17" H x 21" W. Provenance: Nashville collection, acquired directly from the artist in the 1980s. Alternate spelling: Leonardo Neirman. CONDITION: Painting in excellent condition. Some minor wear to frame.
