Four European landscape miniatures. 1st & 2nd item: Pair of circular watercolor minatures, most likely English, with figures and ruins and housed in ebony frames. Paintings measure 5 1/8" dia. Framed – 7 3/8" H x 7 3/4" W. 3rd & 4th items: Pair of miniature lithographs depicting European scenes, one with figures. Housed in old gilt and gesso frames. Sight – 4 3/4" H x 7" W. Framed – 8" H x 10 1/4" W. Both pairs 19th century. Provenance: Estate of Bill Selden, Athens, TN. Condition: 1st & 2nd items: Foxing to both but appears to be on the interior of the glass, not the paintings. Abrasions to frames. 3rd & 4th items: Some foxing to lithographs. Cracks and losses to corners of frames.
