Group of Mason's Ironstone, Imari pattern, including 13 dinner plates (10 1/4" dia); 20 dessert plates (9" dia); 1 covered sauce boat (5 1/2" H x 7 1/2" W x 5 1/8" D) with underplate (7/8" H x 10" W x 6" D); 9 soup plates (10" dia); 1 footed tureen (4 1/3" H x 10 1/2" W x 9 1/2" D); 1 covered vegetable server (6 1/4" H x 13" W x 9" D); 1 platter (1 1/4" H x 13" W x 10 1/4" D). All pieces stamped "Mason's Patent Ironstone China" with crown on base. 47 items total. English, 1st quarter-19th century. Provenance: the estate of Bertha Cochran Wright, ex-Calumet Farm, Lexington, KY. CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Minor surface scratches. 1 dinner plate with 1/2" rim chip and 2 dinner plates with chips in base. 4 dessert plates with rim chips, 1/8" to 1/2". Covered sauce boat with 1/2" break to finial and 5 1/2" diagonal restoration to underplate along one end. 3 soup plates with rim chips, 1/4" to 7/8" L and 1 with 2 1/2" hairline crack. Centerpiece dish with 1/4" rim chip. No visible damage to covered server. Serving platter with 1/2" rim chip.
