Two English cast iron mechanical banks. 1st item: Cast-iron William Tell mechanical bank by J & E Stevens, patented June 23,1886, some repaint to William Tell's face, one leg, and torso. In working condition, 6-3/4" H x 10-1/2" W x 3-3/4" D. 2nd item: Cast-iron Hoop-La mechanical bank by J. Harper, circa 1897, areas of green/gray wash repainted on dog, barrel, clown's feet, hand, head and ruffle collar. In working condition, clown's hoop missing, base plate cover missing, clown loose at base, 7-1/4" H x 8-1/2" W x 2-3/4" D. Provenance: Gatlinburg, TN collection. Condition: See description.
