Middle Tennessee cherry corner cupboard, poplar secondary, found in a Bedford County estate. Single case construction with canted sides, ogee cornice, two paneled upper doors enclosing three shelves over two paneled lower doors enclosing one shelf. Shaped skirt and bracket foot base. 90" H x 47" W x 25" D. Circa 1840. Provenance: Private Tullahoma, TN collection. CONDITION: Old refinish. Wear and losses to the backboards.
