Overall very good condition, some spotting. 7-7/16" H x 4-13/16" W. 3RD ITEM: Confederate "Adjutant And Inspector General's Office, Richmond, August 24, 1863." 8-page document, detailing prices to be paid by thegovernment for the provisions purchased for the VA military along with prices determined for the hiring of labor, teams, wagons and drivers employed by the government.
