Grouping of 4 Howard Finster (American, 1916-2001) items including one (1) paint decorated paint can, signed on base (7 3/4" H x 6 3/4" dia) titled "Resting Souls" and decorated with face profiles and three (3) wood blocks all marker signed by the artist in the lower margin depiciting Howard Finster holding a Bible and surrounded by Bible verses. This lot also includes a June 1980 issue of Life Magazine with an article beginning on page 112 featuring Howard Finster and other popular folk artists.
