Mid-century modern chrome magazine rack, designed by Fred Farr, scroll design with black bakelite handle. Marked "Revere, Rome, NY" on the base. 17 1/2" H x 11 3/4" W x 8" D. Circa 1940. Provenance: Former collection of Baker Brownell (1887 – 1965), an American Philosopher, Writer, and Educator. He traveled extensively throughout his lifetime. Condition: Good condition with scratches and pit marks consistent with age and usage. CONDITION: Good condition with scratches and pit marks consistent with age and usage.
