Dresden porcelain demitasse service with pink ground and hand-painted decoration of children and cherubs making music, all with heavy gilt trim and gilded and white slip beading. Includes coffee pot, 7-1/4″H with dragon head spout, mask handle and serrated feet; similar creamer and sugar, 6 cups (2-1/8″) and saucers. Marked on bottoms with W in a shield and another mark of crowned R & C, partially painted over, with stamped mark “Secession” underneath. German, circa 1910-15. Condition: Sugar is missing lid. Few scattered spots of very light gilt wear, overall excellent condition.
