Nano Lopez (Colombian/American, b. 1955), “Maria Alma,” large bronze sculpture with hand-applied patina depicting a winged female figure, embellished with a red heart, leaves, seeds, flowers, and other organic elements, and standing on a naturalistic base with a guardian face at her feet. From the limited numbered edition of 68 (six artists’ proofs and 2 foundry copies also exist). Signed, dated, and numbered on the base “Nano/07 15/68”. 32 1/2 in. H x 16 in. W x 11 in. D. Accompanied by a Nano Lopez giclee (print on canvas) titled “Maria Gatherer,” depicting a similar figure, signed lower right and numbered 43/50. Sight: 18 in. H x 8 12 in. W. Frame: 24 1/2 in. H x 15 in. W.

CONDITION: Bronze: Repair to the leaf on the upper left shoulder, otherwise overall very good condition. Giclee Print: Excellent condition.
