Pair of Theodore Alexander Althorp reproduction George III style flame mahogany knife boxes from the Living History collection with sloping hinged lid hand-painted with the Spencer crest reading "DIEU DEFEND LE DROIT" and fixed with brass lion's head handles. Lids open to reveal removable eight-part compartments with horizontal dividers. After an original design circa 1770, Althorp documentation enclosed. 14 12" H x 8 1/2" W x 11 1/2" D.
CONDITION: Both items in overall very good condition with light surface wear.
