Small Persian Malayer or Hamadan rug, wool on cotton, woven in colors of blue, red, salmon, gold, and ivory. Central diamond design with dark blue foliate design flanked by ivory ground foliate spandrels, with three primary foliate borders. 80" H x 52 1/2" W. Circa 1930's.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Edward Laudermilk, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall fading, with a few areas of uneven wear commensurate with use. Some color bleeding.
