Three Native American Cherokee carrying baskets, all splint oak with alternating dyed weavers, two with fixed handles and one with two folding handles. The larger two examples retain the Cherokee Qualla reservation tags. Sizes range from 7 1/2" H x 10 3/8" W x 5 1/4" D to 8 1/2" H x 17 1/2" W x 6 1/4" D. All 2nd half 20th century. Provenance: Sequoyah Hills, Knoxville, TN private collection. Condition: All baskets overall very good condition. Slight white staining to handle of smallest basket.
