Partially printed on vellum and hand signed by Adams, countersigned by General land office commissioner George Graham. 9-1/2" x 15-1/4". Condition: Red seal present but faded; overall toning, top edge uneven. Center stain, 1/4" diameter loss on the word "Whom"; Adams' signature exhibits slight partial fading.
