Carved Jade or Rock Crystal Vase, retrofitted as a lamp. Mottled luminescent emerald green with some grayish white jade, carved in high relief with fruit and foliage on the front and in low relief with foliage in a vase on reverse. Carved rosewood stand set in a later brass over copper chased floral relief base. Condition – electrified with based drilled. Jade/crystal is in very good condition with minor chips on top. Lid Missing. Rosewood stand has one minor chip and the floral metal base reveals copper through the brass overlay. Vase: 9" H x 6" W x 4" D. Base: 8 1/4" W x 5" D. Lamp Ht: 26". Chinese,19th century.
