Two (2) tortoiseshell hinged boxes, including one small rectangular lacquer snuff box with tortoiseshell lid and a larger oval tortoiseshell trinket box with silver hinge. 1 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ and 1 5/8″ H x 5 1/4″ W x 4 3/8″ D. Both pieces 19th century. CONDITION: Smaller box good condition. Oval box with damage to left side edge of lid, top does not align perfectly with base.
