Four (4) Russian Palekh decorated black lacquer ware boxes, all signed, with red lacquer interiors, the 2 larger boxes depicting winter or Christmas sled scenes, a tiered box and small box depicting fairy tale scenes. Ranging in size from 1″ H x 1 3/4″ W x 1 1/2″ D to 2″ H x 7 1/2″ W x 5 1/4″ D. All 20th century. Provenance: Nashville, TN estate. CONDITION: Largest box with light craquelure, minor wear to corners. Remaining boxes overall very good condition.
