Tom Saubert (Montana, b. 1950) watercolor on paper painting depicting a Native American Plains Indian woman in a teepee surrounded by a pottery bowl, a drum, and a hanging war shield with bird motif. Signed "T Saubert", lower left. The Plainsmen Gallery, Clearwater, FL gallery label, en verso. Housed under glass in a carved gilt wood frame with lamb's tongue rabbet edge. Sight – 16" H x 10" W. Framed – 24 1/4" x 18 3/4" W. American, late 20th/early 21st century. Provenance: Property of a private Alabama collection. CONDITION: Overall excellent condition. Slight waviness to paper. Not examined outside of frame.
