Continental brass wall barometer in later wooden case. Engraved brass wall plate with both French, Italian and English descriptions titled "Barometrum" at top. Glass tube with mercury labeled "Sovirel, France". Wooden case most likely not original and added later. Overall good condition with wear and oxidation to brass. 39 1/2" H (case height). 19th century with later 20th century elements.
