English Regency rosewood card table, swiveling hinged D-shaped top opening to a green baize playing surface, skirt with applied floral bosses to three sides, raised on a column having an acanthus leaf carving, and resting on a shaped quadripartite base with carved turnip, lobed feet. Brass castors not attached but retained. 36" W X 28 1/4"H X 17 3/4"D. Opened top 36" W x 35.5" D. English, early 19th century.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition with an old small trapezoidal patch to edge of shaped quadripartite base (3 1/2" x 1/2"). Older interior green baize surface probably late 19th/early 20th century replacement.
