Pair of French bottle-form vases now mounted as lamps atop pierced gilt bronze bases. Vases having an Old Paris design of light green ground with hand painted floral vignettes and additional gilt floral spray decoration. Fitted with double light sockets. Vases measure 11 1/2" H. 26 3/4" total height. 14.2 lbs total. Late 19th century. Provenace: Formerly of Maple Grove Estate, Knoxville, TN when a private residence, and published in Southern Accents magazine. CONDITION: Overall very good condition with general wear, some light losses to gilt decoration.
