Unsigned. Partial art store label for "F. W. Devoe & Co., New York" and illegible red chalk inscription, en verso. Housed in a contemporary wooden frame. Sight – 8 3/4" H x 12 3/4" W. Framed – 12 1/2" H x 16 1/2" W. 2nd item: Oil on board painting depicting a red building behind trees and a picket fence. Unsigned. Housed in a contemporary wooden frame. Sight – 8 3/4" H x 12 3/4" W. Framed – 12 3/4" H x 16 5/8" W. Both items late 19th/early 20th century. Note: Both unsigned but likely by the same artist. Provenance: Knoxville, TN estate.
