1st item: Chinese white or Blanc de Chine porcelain covered jar, cylinder form, with applied relief molded flowering mei blossom design to one side and to top. Base unmarked. 9" tall, 3 3/4" dia. 2nd item: Chinese porcelain Famille Noir bottle form vase with flowering prunus mei decoration. 12 1/2" tall, 7" dia. at widest point. 20th century. Provenance: the estate of a former North Carolina State University professor. Condition: 1st item: low spot to rim edge, appears to be in the making. 2nd item: Overall very good condition.
