Brownlow, US Congressman from TN and six envelopes addressed to John B. Brownlow and/or W. G. Brownlow. 4th group: George W. Childs portrait engraving with two c. 1890 cartoon engravings attached on reverse; 1904 J. Hoover chromolithograph, "Not a Bad Man"; 1894 "Let's Win the Banner" mailing to Democrats of Montgomery County from the Chairman of the State Committee at Nashville.
